If you get married in England by way of a Church of England wedding (other methods are available!), then the wording is prescribed and must be taken from either the Book of Common Prayer (1662), a slightly updated version of BCP, or, if the couple is feeling all modern, the Marriage Service from Common Worship (2000). Under the latter, the minister is required to "ask anyone present who knows a reason why these persons may not lawfully marry, to declare it now."
Note the word "lawfully" - i.e. this is not the place for general objections on a whim.
